Information

2023 Weidemann Wheel Loaders 5080

Powerful and Fast

In the 5080 t class, the Weidemann 7 wheel loader has a very powerful engine with emission standard Stage V, planetary axles for high thrust forces and a spacious comfort cab with the best working ergonomics. At Weidemann, the kinematics are adapted to the size of the machine – this ensures optimal force ratios for each machine. The loading arm of the 5080 wheel loader is designed to be particularly stable and torsion-resistant. The built-in Z-kinematics ensure that the power is always used optimally when loading and unloading the bucket. At the same time, the Z-kinematics generate enormous lifting and tearing forces with short cycle times. The 5080 wheel loader has a 40 km/h speed increase, so that the wheel loader can move quickly from A to B. This option also provides the machine with electrically activatable swingarm damping. This prevents the machine from rocking at high driving speeds and provides extra comfort for the driver. This makes the 5080 wheel loader ideal for high material handling and working at various locations.

Features may include:

High hydraulic performance
  • A Weidemann machine has sufficient hydraulic power and is therefore suitable for the operation of many different attachments.
  • The flexible combination of machine and a variety of hydraulically driven attachments covers a wide range of work tasks.
  • The advantage: Machines with high hydraulic power save money, as it is not necessarily necessary to switch to a larger machine.
Flow Sharing
  • Flow Sharing allows multiple functions to be operated at the same hydraulic pressure. This enables simultaneous working movements, such as lifting/lowering the attachment and rolling in/out in parallel.
  • The operator can work faster, more sensitively and more comfortably with the machine, which in turn increases productivity.
Ergonomic workstation
  • Plenty of legroom, clearly arranged controls, a comfortable driver's seat and an optimal view of the attachment: a workplace that motivates the driver and provides all-round support.
  • Well-coordinated equipment increases the comfort for the operator and allows him to work optimally with the machine for longer periods of time.
Control Jog Dial
  • The Jog Dial control element enables various machine parameters and functions to be operated and read out via the display: for example, setting the loading arm damping, reading out the operating hours and machine information or tracking service intervals. The jog dial is easily accessible in the driver's work area.
  • If necessary, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil can be manually adjusted using the Jog Dial control element. This is advantageous if the machine drives a hydraulic attachment that does not require the full hydraulic power of the machine. This allows the operator to work with the machine and attachment in a very sensitive and resource-saving manner.
  • In case of service, the jog dial can be used to quickly display the important error messages and required machine information. This speeds up diagnostics and reduces machine downtime.
30/40 km/h travel speed
  • This enables the machine to be moved from A to B more quickly, saving time and thus increasing productivity.
High Flow Load Sensing High Performance Hydraulics
  • This allows the operation of front-mounted implements that have a high oil requirement (such as a snow blower). This expands the range of applications of the machine.
  • The Load Sensing System is a hydraulic control system in which the pressure and oil volume of the hydraulic pump are adjusted to the required conditions.
