Information

2023 Weidemann Telescopic Wheel Loaders 4080LPT

Low Design

At Weidemann, the term LP stands for low position. This has a long tradition and means that the machine has a lower overall height and a low machine centre of gravity as well as a convincing price-performance ratio. The 4080LPT telescopic wheel loader is highly configurable in terms of tires, hydraulic power, control circuits, and various hydraulic and electrical connections. The powerful Weidemann 4080LPT telescopic wheel loader is usually used on farms with a large number of animals and a large material handling. Its low design often offers a special solution for low clearance heights and thus allows, for example, efficient work in different building generations.

Features may include:

LP (Low Position) design
  • The lowered seating position of the operator allows for a lower overall height of the machine. As a result, low passages are also possible with a permanently mounted overhead guard or cab.
  • The LP boom allows the operator to enter the machine comfortably and low and shifts the centre of gravity slightly close to the ground overall, which increases the stability of the loader.
Safe overhead guard
  • A canopy is fitted as standard on the LP models. The overhead guard complies with the protection regulations of the current European Machinery Directive according to ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure). The overhead guard thus meets all legal requirements and offers maximum safety.
  • The overhead guard ensures good all-round visibility: the operator always has an eye on the work area and the immediate surroundings of the machine. This increases safety when working with the machine. The comfortable, wide operator's platform also allows quick and easy access to the machine.
  • The overhead guard of the LP models is always fitted with a front and rear windscreen to better protect the driver from external weather influences.
High-quality powder coating
  • Compared to conventional wet painting, powder coating increases corrosion protection and thus significantly extends the value retention of the machine. In addition, the process is based on powder recovery and is therefore particularly environmentally friendly.
  • The long-lasting powder coating ensures value stability and ensures a correspondingly high resale value of the machine.
Work economically
  • Cost-effectiveness is one of the most important characteristics that machines should have for efficient use. After all, the faster and more time-saving a machine manoeuvres, the higher its work performance.
  • In the case of machines from Weidemann, cost-effectiveness stands for technically sophisticated solutions, such as powerful drive, strong tearing forces, powerful kinematics, high manoeuvrability, excellent stability and an efficient quick-change system for attachments.
  • Other factors that speak for cost-effectiveness: low wear, high-quality powder coating, hardened bolts, good service accessibility, high cylinder speeds and flexible travel speeds.
Vibration-damped workstation
  • Vibrations and shocks are absorbed by the machine by well-dimensioned dampers. The rider's body is very well protected and so it is possible to concentrate on working with the machine for long periods of time.
30 km/h driving speed
  • This enables the machine to be moved from A to B more quickly, saving time and thus increasing productivity.
