2023 Weidemann Telehandlers T6027

The T6027 telehandler with a lifting height of 6 m impresses with its compact dimensions and can therefore pass passages under 2 m height. This is simply ideal for working in stables or interiors of all kinds. Especially when high thrust forces are required, this specialist can be used extremely efficiently due to its planetary axes. The sturdily built telescopic arm with hydraulic parallel guidance is very robust and offers maintenance-free sliding elements in the inner tube. All important hydraulic lines are optimally protected from external influences. The well-sized cab has plenty of headroom and freedom of movement, allows comfortable entry, good all-round visibility and offers an ergonomic workplace. With two cab variants, the T6027 offers both a low overall height or, with the high cab, an even better all-round view.

Features may include:

• The Jog Dial control element enables various machine parameters and functions to be operated and read out via the display: for example, setting the loading arm damping, reading out the operating hours and machine information or tracking service intervals. The jog dial is easily accessible in the driver's work area.

• If necessary, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil can be manually adjusted using the Jog Dial control element. This is advantageous if the machine drives a hydraulic attachment that does not require the full hydraulic power of the machine. This allows the operator to work with the machine and attachment in a very sensitive and resource-saving manner.

• In case of service, the jog dial can be used to quickly display the important error messages and required machine information. This speeds up diagnostics and reduces machine downtime.

• This enables the machine to be moved from A to B more quickly, saving time and thus increasing productivity.

• The width and height of the compact Weidemann telehandlers are less than 2 m each. As a result, our telehandlers are also ideally suited for use in confined spaces and are therefore unique in their combination of lifting height, width and machine performance.

• All telehandlers in our compact series have particularly small internal radii. The manoeuvrability achieved in this way makes the machines all-rounders at any location.

• The operation of the automatic bucket return system is ergonomically positioned on the joystick and the position of the tilting cylinders is stored at the touch of a button. The next time it is charged, the attachment can then return to the exact same position.

• A plus in comfort, precision and speed for the driver during repetitive tasks, such as stacking work or filling containers with a fixed height or side walls.

• At the push of a button, dirt is blown away from the cooling fins and on the intake surfaces of the bonnet. The hydraulic motor and pump are designed in such a way that the airflow of the fan can be reversed (reversing option). This protects the machine from damage caused by overheating and avoids additional manual maintenance.

• The reversible fan increases the longevity of the engine and provides extra comfort for the driver.

• With this option, the cab of the telehandler is installed at an elevated level. The driver's elevated seating position allows for an even better overview of the attachment, the work area and the view to the right.
