Compact and powerfulWith its all-wheel drive and undivided chassis, the T5522 telehandler is absolutely stable and well equipped for the many different work tasks. In addition, the three steering modes of all-wheel drive, front axle and crab steering ensure maximum flexibility in terms of manoeuvrability, high speeds and confined spaces. The vls (Vertical Lift System) driver assistance system enables smooth operation and supports working in a complex operator environment by means of a semi-automated telescoping movement. The almost vertical lifting or lowering movement significantly improves the stability of the machine. With two cab variants, the T5522 offers both a low overall height or, with the high cab, an even better all-round view.
Features may include:
vls (Vertical Lift System)- The vls (Vertical Lift System) is a driver assistance system that simplifies the driver's work when lifting or lowering loads by extending the telescopic arm when lifting and retracting it when lowering it in a semi-automated manner, without the driver having to operate the telescopic function separately. This allows for a fluid and fast way of working.
- The almost vertical lifting and lowering movement also makes the telehandler with the vls very stable, as the load does not reach the overload area. Experienced drivers can work even faster and safer with the vls. Inexperienced drivers receive valuable support for lifting and loading work.
- The vls (Vertical Lift System) can be used in two different modes: In bucket mode, the telescopic arm always retracts automatically in the upper and lower areas and in the upper area the telescopic arm does not extend automatically, which is suitable for loading work with bulk materials, for example. In stacking mode, the telescopic arm does not automatically retract in the lower area, the telescopic arm extends automatically in the upper area, lowering and extending the telescopic arm at the same time is possible, which is suitable for stacking work with pallets, for example.
- In order to achieve maximum manoeuvrability and flexibility, three steering modes are available: all-wheel, front axle and crab steering. This allows the driver to manoeuvre with centimetre precision, turn around in small areas and drive safely at high speeds.
- 1. All-wheel steering: Full manoeuvrability and power delivery in the smallest of spaces. 2. Front axle steering: For safe driving even at higher speeds. 3. Crab steering: Sideways driving for centimeter-accurate manoeuvring in confined spaces.
- With this option, the cab of the telehandler is installed at an elevated level. The driver's elevated seating position allows for an even better overview of the attachment, the work area and the view to the right. This allows the operator to work with the machine even more safely.
- If the cab is elevated, an additional step is also mounted on the entrance of the machine so that the operator can get into the cab in the best possible way.
- A Weidemann machine has sufficient hydraulic power and is therefore suitable for the operation of many different attachments.
- The flexible combination of machine and a variety of hydraulically driven attachments covers a wide range of work tasks.
- The advantage: Machines with high hydraulic power save money, as it is not necessarily necessary to switch to a larger machine.
- This enables the machine to be moved from A to B more quickly, saving time and thus increasing productivity.
